Ingredients:
· 100 grams chicken, diced
· dash black pepper
· 1 orange, cut into fourths
· 2-3 cloves minced garlic
· 1 tablespoon fresh ginger root
· 1/2 teaspoon basil
· juice from half a lemon
Directions
Sprinkle chicken with pepper. Pre heat pan in medium heat. Place the chicken to pan & stir fry until brown on all sides, about 5-10 min. Add garlic and cook for 1 min. Squeeze the juice of orange quarters over chicken.
Peel & separate orange into sections. Add orange sections, ginger, lemon juice, and basil. Stir well. Cover and simmer for about 20-30 mins.

In a medium bowl, mix together tomato sauce and tomato paste until smooth. Stir in oregano, garlic and paprika.

1 pound meatballs
2 cups Bok Choy, onion, or cabbage
Fresh chopped cilantro

In saucepan, bring broth to boil. Add cooked meatballs, vegetable choice.
Cover and simmer 20-30 minutes or until vegetables reach desired tenderness.
Top with fresh chopped cilantro. Add any seasonings you like to taste.
Adding hot sauce or Tabasco is optional.

dash garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons Franks Hot Sauce
1-2 stalk celery, chopped
Directions:
Mix chicken, hot sauce, garlic and chili powder. Marinate for about 20-30 min. Cook in a pan on med-high heat. While the chicken is cooking, chop up the celery. When the chicken is done, pour over the chopped celery.

- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, divided
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Total time: 55 minutes, plus rising time
Servings: Makes 4 dozen breadsticks
1. In a large bowl, combine the water with the yeast, sugar and one-half cup of the all-purpose flour. Set aside for 10 minutes, until bubbly.
2. Stir in the remaining all-purpose flour, wheat flour, olive oil and salt and knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Wash out the bowl and coat it with a thin layer of olive oil. Place the dough in the bowl, cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
3. Remove the dough from the bowl and divide it into four pieces on a floured surface. Roll out each piece into a rectangle, 4 by 12 inches. Cut the dough lengthwise into one-third-inch-wide strips. Place the strips about one-half-inch apart on a greased baking sheet or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat with the remaining dough. Allow the grissini to rise until puffed, about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the oven to 400 degrees.

- 1 grissini (ground into powder)
- 2-3 cloves minced garlic

- 1/8 teaspoon sage
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- any additional seasonings you like
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In small bowl, combine all ingredients and form into a small meatloaf. Place in glass dish, cover, and bake 25-30 mins. Uncover dish, add bbq sauce or homemade sugar free ketchup to top, and bake 5-10 additional mins. 5. Serve immediately with a bit more of bbq sauce or homemade sugar free ketchup for dipping. NOTE: This includes your meat, grissini, and 1/2 t of your daily allowance of milk.

- 100g ground meat (no fats all meat)
- 1 ground grissini
- parsley
- onion powder
- basil
- oregano
- garlic
- salt
- pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425.Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Form a ball out of the meat just about your desired size meatballs. Place in baking dish or non-stick baking sheet and cook 10 minutes turning halfway through cooking time.
Italian Style Turkey Meatballs
- 565 grams lean ground turkey breast
- 6 slices melba toast, ground
- ¼ c. milk
- 1 egg
- ½ t. oregano
- ½ t. Italian seasoning
- 1 T. dry minced onion
- 1 t. dry minced garlic
- 1 T dry parsley flakes
Directions
While Pre heating oven to 400, add milk to the melba toast. Mix all ingredients. Form meatballs. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 min. in 2 mini muffin tins. Pour spaghetti sauce over meatballs.

Marinate chicken pieces for 20 minutes. Then cut the peppers and onion in small pieces. Heat a pan over medium flame. Stir fry the marinated chicken in the pan till it gets quite tender. Add all other ingredients and stir fry for a few minutes.

1 large apple
Cinnamon
Sweet n’low or Stevia
Slice apple and place on baking sheet, sprinkle with cinnamon and sweet n’low or stevia to taste
bake on 325 until lightly crisp
Cinnamon Sauce
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Cinnamon 1 ½ tsp
Nutmeg (sprinkle)
Apple cider vinegar (1 tsp)
Sweet n’ low or stevia to taste
Heat in small sauce pan or microwave until hot. Use for dipping fruit or topping on apple crisps
Vanilla Sauce
vanilla powder (1 tsp)
lemon juice (2 tablespoon)
Apple cider vinegar (1/2 tsp)
Sweet n’ low or Stevia to taste
Mix ingredients together in small bowl or saucepan and heat. Use over fruit or as dipping sauce.
