Healthier You with EZ Drops

Dieters who have been using the drops also learn how to live a more health conscious lifestyle.   HCG EZ Drops and the HCG diet plan itself teaches people three things:

The Time to Eat

Many people are emotional eaters; they eat mainly to satisfy their emotions-depression, stress, frustrations, etc. These people have the toughest time on the HCG diet. HCG drops help “the hunger brought by craving,” but boredom or sheer habit can still be hard to overcome. When cravings or emotional triggers strike on the HCG diet, you are forced to stop and press forward with the diet. HCG helps people to see more clearly what their emotional triggers are.

The Food to Eat

The food choices in the HCG diet were carefully chosen and specially designed by Dr. Simeons so their chemical makeup wouldn’t interfere with each other or the HCG drops to maximize weight loss. Each food chosen is a healthy and very appropriate choice for a well-balanced diet beyond the HCG program. Once the program is done, many HCG dieters discover that they are now used to making more healthy and balanced choices; paying close attention to nutrition information and ingredients.

The Quantity to Eat

Another benefit HCG teaches is the portion control. It is perhaps the most common benefit people mention after finishing a round of HCG drops. HCG dieters become used to eating portions that are actually smaller than their habitual portions. When dieters transition into their post-HCG life, they are more responsible and knowledgeable about their diet and they often find it much easier to eat healthy portions of food.

Healthy EZ Snacking

Phase 3 of the HCG Diet snacks need to be taken into considerations and the different aspects of the foods nutritional value should be carefully assessed in order to determine if it’s safe as a HCG Phase 3 Sancks. HCG Phase 3 snacks should meet the following requirements:

  • 20 or less grams of carbohydrates
  • 10 or less grams of sugar
  • 4 or more grams of protein

Protein is very important during phase 3 of the HCG Diet. Pick foods that are high in protein because it can help keep your weight low and waist thin!

Here are a few other tips for HCG P3 snacks:

·         Avoid ones with chocolate and dried fruits

·         Watch for sugars & carbs

·         Go for apples

·         Go Hard Boiled Eggs

·         Introduce cheese slowly

·         Avoid sweeter fruits, such as grapes, bananas, melons

·         Go for Greek Yogurt

·         Go for Raw Vegetables, such as bell peppers, mushrooms, cucumbers

VLCD Doesn’t Work without HCG EZ Drops!

Hi my name is Keith Jacobsen, about a year ago I got on HCG EZ Drops, I lost 31 pounds, felt fantastic, became really active and lately I got a little pudgy and just kinda drop off the wagon. I got to have the drops I just got the bottle, I’m back on it and wish me luck.
