Baked Apple Dessert
The holidays are upon us and so are the desserts! Try this delicious HCG friendly dessert!
- 1 Med. Apple
- Stevia
- Cinnamon
Core the inside of the apple being careful not to go all the way through the bottom. Sprinkle some stevia and cinnamon inside the apple. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Keep the skin on as it holds all the juices while it bakes. This is super delicious!! It makes your house smell good too!
HCG Food Journal
The Importance of a HCG Journal
I recommend keeping a journal what you are doing regarding HCG diet. Get a simple notebook to keep a food journal. Write down everything you eat throughout the entire day; even the foods that you shouldn’t have eaten (hopefully there won’t be any of those!) There are websites that break down the calorie count for foods so you can total up the your calorie consumption to make sure you are not going over 500 calories. A good webite is http://www.fitday.com.
I think it is a good idea to use your journal not only to keep track of the foods you eat but also the time you take your HCG EzDrops. Record how much water you drink each day, any excersise you do or anything else worth recording. On your weight tracker record the time you weigh yourself each morning. You should weigh yourself each morning upon waking and after using the restroom. This will give you a consistent weight each day.
This is important to do because, if you suddenly stop losing weight, you have your HCG Journal to refer to to know what you have eaten or done differenly. If you notice a certain food or routine that you started before your stall you will have a better chance of correcting it.
