HCG Diet Recipes: Egg and Turkey Bun
Here’s a quick and easy breakfast for HCG dieters who are always on the go.
Egg and Turkey Bun
1 whole grain Thin Bun
2 egg whites
1/2 tbsp diced red onion
1 mushroom, diced
1 tbsp green pepper, diced
1 pre cooked turkey sausage patty
In a round microwave safe dish, mix egg whites, mushrooms, onion and
bell peppers. Microwave on high for 1 min, or until eggs are cooked.
Warm turkey sausage for 45 sec in microwave. Place eggs and sausage
between the buns and enjoy.
