HCG Diet Recipes: Mustard Crusted Steak

With a subtle mustard and garlic flavor, this beef dish is very easy to make for lunch or dinner while you are on the HCG Diet.

Ingredients:

100 grams filet or London broil
1 tsp. mustard powder
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine all the seasoning. Line a broiler pan with foil and place steak on top. Coat evenly with mustard mixture and leave for 10 minutes. Broil steak to desired texture and doneness. 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
