Lemon Chicken Soup is a perfect recipe for springtime sniffles, cool spring days or just a delicious meal while on the HCG diet.
Lemon Chicken Soup:
· 100 grams cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
· chopped spinach (allowed amount)
· 2 cups broth
· juice of 1 lemon
· 1 teaspoon thyme
· sea salt, to taste
· ground white pepper, to taste
1. Preheat saucepan over MED heat.
2. Combine all ingredients.
3. Bring to a boil, then simmer 20 mins.
