Enjoy a Mexican based delicious soup that will give you not only a kick in the mouth, but help you lose some pounds too!
4 cups beef or chicken broth(organic)
1 pound meatballs
2 cups Bok Choy, onion, or cabbage
Fresh chopped cilantro
Seasonings to taste (oregano, basil, pepper, garlic, etc) Hot sauce (optional)
In saucepan, bring broth to boil. Add cooked meatballs, vegetable choice.
Cover and simmer 20-30 minutes or until vegetables reach desired tenderness.
Top with fresh chopped cilantro. Add any seasonings you like to taste.
Adding hot sauce or Tabasco is optional.
