Here is a healthy way to cook your cabbage while still enjoying it the way you love. This is a great recipe for while you’re on the HCG Diet.
· cabbage (allowed amount)
· juice of half lemon
· 1/2 t spicy mustard
· salt/pepper (to taste)
1. Place cabbage in steamer. Cover and steam 5-10 mins, until slightly tender.
2. In small bowl, combine spicy mustard and lemon juice.
3. Place cabbage in bowl. Add lemon/mustard mix and toss.
4. Sprinkle with salt/pepper.
5. Serve immediately.
