Core the inside of the apple being careful not to go all the way through the bottom. Sprinkle some stevia and cinnamon inside the apple. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Keep the skin on as it holds all the juices while it bakes. This is super delicious, you can tell even from the smell!!
