A brilliant recipe that can work for Phase 2 or Phase 3 of the HCG diet. For Phase 2, use only the broccoli and cabbage and perhaps some red onion.
- 2 small heads of broccoli
- 1 carrot
- 1 cup red cabbage
- Shred all with a cheese grater or with the shredding implement in your food processor.
- Toss with 1/4 cup the dressing of your choice.
