There is a lot of information out there about emotional eating. Most of us eat out of emotion. We eat when we are happy, sad, excited bored, we eat to celebrate social occasions, and holidays. Food is wonderful and we are blessed with a great variety of foods.
We also eat for physical addiction. Our body crave for unhealthy foods, carbs, sweets, and we eat so much processed foods that contain msg, sodium, and other ingredients that will cause one to become obese. Too often we let our bodies cravings over ride our mental warnings and conservations. For the most of us we are physically addicted to unhealthy foods.
This is where HCG can come into play. However, we also have to discipline and teach ourselves to take control over food. Read labels. You will be shocked at how many bad chemicals and preservatives you have been taking in without knowing it. How do you know what is REAL??? Is it a piece of fruit, is it a piece of meat, is it a vegetable, is it made from real fruit or vegetable? Read labels. This will help you greatly control your what you eat, and in turn your weight.
For those with serious emotional eating disorders, talk to your physician and see what tips he recommends. We have found that HCG has opened doors to weight loss that were otherwise closed. For many of us who couldn’t lose weight because of health issues (like an inefficient thyroid in my case) it has been an incredible blessing.
