Advance Planning- know what type of restaurant services you will be dining in. Before you get there look at the menu andmake sur they have something that will work with the HCG Diet.
Apple to the rescue- you might not be fully satisfied eating your own special food while looking at your peers enjoying theirs, so to keep you tummy full, carry with you an apple and munch on it and drink lots of water. This will also prevent you from ordering something else.
Munch on Salads- it is safe to order a salad and hold the restaurants dressing. Ask them first what are the dressings they use, it might contain some don’ts of the protocol. Try grilled chicken Caesar Salad chicken salad if the restaurant has these.
Never give in to temptation- The most difficult thing I’ve had to experience is someone offering you food that you know you can’t eat. Sometimes you’ve just got to say no!
The craving is just Psychological and Not Physiological- the overall success of your HCG Diet, whether you dine out sometimes or dine in is geared mostly on the vulnerability of your emotions. Studies have proven that most people eat because of psychological cravings. It’s not the body that wants to cheat on the diet, it’s the mind. The cravings are mental because it’s something you used to eat not something that body actually needs. When dining out order something the body needs, not what the mind wants.
