The EZ Diet journey depends on your goal. Here are 2 options for the length of a course on EZ Drops. You can go for the 23 days (including loading days) or the 43 days (including loading days) and even go for as many rounds as you want. The 23 days is usually for those who only have 10-15 pounds to lose, while 43 days, for more. Here’s a clearer picture of how it goes;
23 Days Journey
Day 1 and 2- “loading/gorging” days. Take the EZ Drops in the morning 30 minutes before breakfast and 30 minutes before dinner. Eat as much as possible, stuffing yourself with fatty foods such as ice cream, cheesecake, french fries and so on. This may be too difficult for others as it makes them feeling full right away that they have to force feed themselves. That is OK. Day 21 thru 23 – No EZ Drops, but continue the VLCD
43 Days Journey
Day 1 and 2- Same as the 23 day journey
Day 3 thru 40 – continue the EZ Drops and do the VLCD (500VLCD, 800VLCD or 1200VLCD). For the 500 cal. plan, refer to Dr. Simeons protocol. For the rest, refer to the brochure provided.
Day 41 thru 43 – No EZ, but continue VLCD
Be perfect on protocol and follow the above given procedures and you will see the pounds and inches EZily drops.
