Table salt does not contain sea minerals and will increase your blood pressure. There are other faces of sodium added to food, but not always in the form of salt. Common food additives, such as baking soda, some preservatives, and mono sodium glutamate (MSG) also contribute to the total amount of sodium we consume. Potassium intake should be increased to offset the adverse effect that sodium has on blood pressure. It is best to eat fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables.
Dairy Products such as milk has been known as a healthy food but what we consume has been pasteurized in order to remove bacteria and increase shelf life. When you pasteurize the milk you also kill all the enzymes in the food that are needed to break down and digest that food.
