Lemon Cod with a Kick
141 grams or 5 oz. of Cod
1/4 cup homemade chicken broth
1 T. Fresh lemon juice
1/4 t. cayenne pepper
1/4 – 1/2 cup more homemade chicken broth
Salt and Pepper to taste
You can have your own style of homemade chicken broth.
Cook the cod in the chicken broth until it is opaque. Stir in the rest of the chicken broth, lemon juice, salt and peppers and serve.
