This becomes an extra special treat when you are on a low calorie protocol diet like the HCG diet and are forbidden to touch anything containing sugar and starch. Cinnamon Apple Pie Treat – Cut up one red delicious apple into wedges or bite size pieces and put onto a plate or in a bowl. Sprinkle with one packet of sweetener and then sprinkle a little cinnamon on top. Place in the microwave for about 90 seconds. Then enjoy! It’s warm cinnamon apples, a lot like apple pie!
