Strawberry Green Tea
½ cup cold brewed green tea ½ cup sparkling mineral water
2 T. lemon juice Stevia to taste
4 strawberries pureed and strained
Blend strawberries in a food processor or blender. Strain them and mix in the Stevia, lemon juice and green tea.
and pour into a tall glass. Add crushed ice and cold sparkling mineral water.
Hot Apple Cider
1 apple juiced 2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Dash of allspice Dash of nutmeg
Dash of clove Stevia to taste Water
Combine the apple juice with all the spices and heat in a saucepan with a little extra water.
