Oregano is used to add fresh taste in many Italian and Mexican dishes, and pairs well with fresh or cooked tomatoes, peppers, onions, chicken, beef, pork, soup, spaghetti, and other entrees. 3.5 oz chicken breast
1 c homemade chicken broth 1 T. oregano
2 t organic basil Juice of ½ a lemon
5 oz tomato Garlic salt
Using a meat mallet, pound the chicken flat. Place all of the ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer on low for an hour or more. When the chicken gets tender, cut it up. Sprinkle garlic salt and stevia to taste.
