Rosemary gives an ideal and fresh flavor to grilled pork, beef and chicken. You can also add it to your other dishes and recipes for a brilliant flavor blend. This recipe will make a great addition to your HCG diet recipe book.
100 grams chicken breast 3 tablespoons lemon juice
¼ cup chicken broth or water ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon fresh rosemary ¼ teaspoon onion powder
1 serving Melba toast crumbs Salt and pepper to taste
Pinch of lemon zest
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the lemon juice, salt, and rosemary in a bowl. Add the chicken and
marinate for at least an hour. Mix the remaining spices and Melba toast crumbs together in a separate bowl. Dip
the chicken into the spice mixture and coat thoroughly. Put the coated chicken in a baking dish. Pour in the broth
and sprinkle remaining spice mixture over top. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and lemon slices.
