onion – chopped (allowed amount)
1 t garlic paste (3-4 cloves minced)
1/8 c water
1/2 t curry powder
1/4 t cumin
salt/black pepper (to taste)
Preheat pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook until translucent. Add shrimp, seasonings, and water. Mix & stir fry until cooked through. Cook for 10 mins.
