Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited during HCG drops diet plan, especially during the LCD Period. It is the period where most of the weight is lost and it is also the strictest stage. There is a short list of the food allowed on this phase, however, there are so many recipes you can try using the short list. Once you get to move on to the maintenance phase, you won’t be losing anymore weight and some foods are slowly introduced.
HCG phase 3 has 2 parts and there is a new list of foods that are allowed in this phase. The first 3 weeks, new foods can slowly be introduced but no still sugar and starch are allowed. On the fourth week of the maintenance phase alcohol can now slowly be introduced back to the body but only in moderation.
Always keep in mind that you will not be allowed any alcohol during the HCG drops diet protocol until week four of the diet. Follow the rules religiously and you will be successful in losing weight. Also, drink responsibly and in moderation. Large amounts of alcohol is not good for weight maintenance!
