Because of the nature of hcg diet, which implies a VLC diet it can seem a little boring to some. The truth is that with a little creativity the dishes that you can make on this HCG Diet are really appetizing and delicious. Of course it has to follow the HCG protocol. Here’s one fishy deal for today’s meal;
- 100 grams of white fish (orange roughy, tilapia, etc.)
- Dash of paprika
- Dash of chili powder
- Dash of garlic salt
Place the fish on the George Foreman or in a pan and sprinkle a mixture of paprika, chili powder, and garlic salt on the top of the fish. Use enough to almost cover the top of the fish. Season to taste.
