“A couple of  weeks before I began this diet, I had visited my Doctor at the VA and gone through my annual check up.  Needles to say, when my Doctor got the results of my blood work back the next day, he literally freaked out!

My blood pressure had been through the roof during my visit (160/120).  When he looked at the blood test results, he informed me I had “developed diabetes” and that my blood sugar was over 240!

He ordered up a glucose monitor and the strips and told me to start using the blood pressure machine he had given to me the year before.

So, I have been taking my blood pressure twice a day and my blood sugar in the morning and after lunch.

Now, my blood pressure is running around 108/74!!!!  And my blood glucose levels are so healthy it is INCREDIBLE, running between 78- 94 consistently!

I am turning 64 tomorrow and I have noticed that I can get up and down the stairs in my house with ease…..Whereas before, I, had to go down them a half a stair at time…..Man what a fantastic difference HCG has made in my life!”
