HCG Diet Recipes: Chicken Burger
There are few things that compare to a good old fashioned chicken burger, here’s a recipe for HCG-dieting burger lovers.
Ingredients:
100 grams of ground chicken breast
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 T. apple cider vinegar
2 cups spinach
Directions:
Mix all ingredients into the ground chicken breast and mold into a small patty. Grill or broil and serve with the spinach and apple cider vinegar.
