If you have not known this then let me inform you especially HCG dieters, did you know the human body can hold up to 5lbs of stool in the body. You would gross for sure but that ‘s so true.
HCG dieters cannot escape constipation, in fact the more they are prone to constipation. This is easy to explain why; the truth is when you are on hcg diet you are consuming less solid foods. Place the garlic, parsley, and spinach in a food processor or blender and puree. Add in just enough chicken broth to produce a paste. Spread paste on one side of the Flank Steak.
