HCG 800 Calorie Diet Menu: Ginger Tea (Phase 2)
This ginger tea is very delicious and can help take away any cravings you may have on the HCG 800 Calorie Diet Menu.
Healthy Ginger Tea
What you need:
Ginger root in thin slices
A Quart of water
Stevia
Lemon/lime
Directions:
Peel Ginger root and slice in thin slices. Place in sauce pan with 1
quart of water. Bring to a boil for 20 minute and let the tea cool for
about another 20 minutes. Squeeze in lemon and stevia drops and
enjoy! You can also add in lime in place of lemon if you are on phase
III or IV of the HCG Diet.
