Sadly, his list do not corroborate Simeons protocol, nor does your own protocol. But I guess this can be followed after Phase 3. Thinking about purchasing his book later. But wait, I thought Dr. Phil is a psychologist? Did he psychoanalyze his weight loss book? Hmmmm. :-)

Yes, he is a psychologist. And I think his book tells more about the right attitude. I mean, you can have so many books on what to eat to stay healthy or to lose weight but you don’t know what to do with it, or you don’t have the right attitude then it won’t work no matter how effective the weight loss plan is. His book is highly recommended but check out other things on this article as the author shared his own take being a triathlete and health nut himself. :-)

Been buying non-fat yogurt all this time and you are telling me it’s ok to eat full fat yogurt? If that is true, then I will embrace that revelation. I like full fat ones. Thanks for your honesty about what you do not agree on a famous doctor like Dr. Phil. Thanks a lot.

SO many misinformations out there Sammy. What will matter most is your personal experience. You will learn from all these personally and you will know which works well for you. Results really vary from person to person.

Hi, you can ask me about this topic. May I know what your specific concern is? :-)

So, for a 125 lbs woman like me I should be drinking 60 -70 oz of water is that right? I think that would be a lot for me. Now for hcg diet, when I am feeling bloated, it’s really hard to drink another sip feeling that way. What can you recommend?

Theresa, what you can do is just sip water every time. You don’t need to gulp a whole glass in one go if you have problems with bloating. That way, your body will be able to absorb the water well. Unlike if you drink it fast, it will only go through your body and gets eliminated right after. Try sipping until you’re able to drink 60 oz a day. Water is very very impt. for this diet, I assure you.

I bought and read the book simply because your description and explanation of his book tells as if it’s worth buying. And yes, it is. But honestly, one can just read through your notes here as if buying the actual book. Only, the emotional side of things was skipped here. Which by the way is quite long. Anyway, nice explanation. Maybe you may publish your own book too? Oh and one more thing, I lost 10 lbs with the hcg drops you guys sold. Will try again maybe in a couple of months.

Hi Jeri, congrats on your 10lbs weight loss! How much more weight are you trying to lose, if you don’t mind me asking? By the way, I will surely tell the owner (who wrote the review on Dr. Phil’s book) about your advice on publishing his own book. :-)

Do you also suggest to avoid artificial sweeteners? I thought you guys recommend Stevia as sugar substitute?

Yes, we suggest that you avoid sweeteners. But if you need to use one, opt for either Stevia or Splenda. These 2 were tested to not affect the weight loss progress of the dieter.

Well, it seems your review will suffice for me haha. But I am also interested on Dr. Phil’s book. Is it hcg friendly too?>

Thank you JacquelineR. It was actually reviewed by the owner of HCG ez Drops himself, Dave Sherwin. So rest assured his own advice is definitely inline with the hcg diet.
