HCG diet Is Just a Walk In the Park
If you are on HCG diet and just about running out of dishes and menus to serve your everyday meal, allow me to give you some entree.
The two-day binging consist of fatty food, so eat as much as you can for sufficient consumption of fat to help HCG Drops do its job properly during phase 2.
For the 500 calorie HCG diet, start with tea or coffee for breakfast. Eat grilled tilapia with asparagus or a grilled chicken with coleslaw for lunch. As for phase 3 to 4, where you need to take anything under 1500-2000 calorie diet to help you maintain the weight you sealed during the second phase. You can now introduce a freshly squeezed orange juice into this diet. All meat should weigh around 2-3 ounces. Give in to more options on side dishes; such as: slices of tomatoes or lettuce and 1 1/2 ounce mozzarella cheese, paired with any unsweetened drinks. Fruit is still very important in all staples, so eat bigger serving of the yummy fruits you have and enjoy your now adjusted eating habit.
Possibilities are endless. The secret however, is to eat an appropriate serving per phase so that you are still at goal in losing weight, but still smelling the roses along the way. Believe me, HCG diet can be a walk in the park too.
